2015 Bryant Calandra – PC2011AA
The Calandra’s spacious cockpit is a bit deceptive, for it neatly conceals the fact this boat sits on a performance hull with a full 20 degree deadrise. Not only does this allow it to eat up choppy waves, it gives it astounding acceleration and handling. The boat planes in a hair over three seconds with a 320 horsepower Volvo Penta V8, achieves a top speed of almost 50 mph and cruises comfortably at 30 mph while turning just 3,000 rpm for incredible fuel economy. This boat features wood-free construction, with a one-piece fiberglass liner over glass stringers, and composite coring the transom for a smooth and quiet ride. To that end the Calandra features a rather deep 20 degree transom deadrise. The hull does slice neatly through wakes and chop, heels over comfortably into turns, and still feels stable at rest. Features include a tilting sport wheel, six-speaker Clarion audio system, center on the dash that holds a Raymarine chart plotter, Bimini Top, a concealed bathroom and luxurious seating throughout this 23 foot boat. This package has passed a full mechanical inspection.
